Mohammed Badruddoza, known as B. Doza, was a Bangladeshi Freedom Fighter and businessman who built this company from nothing in 1981. He established the values that would define four decades of service: integrity, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to every importer who trusted us. He did not just build a business. He built a standard.

The Second Generation

After his father's passing in 2016, Istiaque Doza became Proprietor and carried the standard forward. He modernised operations and maintained the company's ethical foundations. Under his stewardship, B. Doza & Company cleared 400+ consignments valued at over BDT 7.26 billion in customs value, certified by the National Board of Revenue from 2021 to 2024.

B. Doza & Company permanently closed in 2025. It was not the ending any of us had imagined. But it closed as it had always operated, with integrity intact. We are grateful to every client, every colleague, and every partner who was part of this story. The chapter is closed. The full story is not yet finished. In time, the truth has a way of making itself known.
